CHECK STUB OVERFLOW

With regards to the check stub overflow, when a check is printed that includes over 14 vouchers, a check stub overflow is created. The check stub can only print 14 lines, once this limit is reached then an option to print an overflow stub is given. On the original check stub the vouchers that are not included on stub will be subtotaled and included in the continued field. Once all checks are printed the user is given the option to REPRINT CHECKS, PRINT STUB OVERFLOW, or POST CHECKS, if PRINT STUB OVERFLOW is chosen, then you will then get a listing of those vouchers that were not included on the original check stub.
