COMMISSION REPORT NOT SHOWING INVOICES

This report reads from the sales commission file, the inventory commission file, the current transaction file and the line item history file. If someone closed the month out prior to running a final report, then invoices which have been paid in full, will no longer be in the current transaction file but will now reside in the history transaction file and therefore will not show up on the report.

Check under File maintenance\System Defaults\Automatic Numbering file for the last closed month date. You will probably find that the month had been closed prior to running the report in final.
