It occurs when something happens to the server and connectivity between the workstation and the server is interrupted. The best solution is to down (turn off) the server, reboot the workstation the go back into Platinum. If this is difficult for them to do due to the size of the company and # of users on it, have them escape out of Platinum, reboot and go into Platinum. If the same error occurs, they need to down the server.
